Follow these instructions to use the tool in your active Revit session:
- Launch Sheet Manager.
- Under Sheet List, batch-rename sheet numbers and sheet names, or edit metadata in bulk.
- Export sheet schedules to Excel, edit values, and import back.
- Under Place Views tab, select views, select sheets, define grid layout (rows and columns), and click Auto Place.
- Use Viewport Aligner to align viewport placements across different sheets to match a reference view location.
