2. Detailed Step-by-Step Usage

Follow these instructions to use the tool in your active Revit session:

  1. Launch Sheet Manager.
  2. Under Sheet List, batch-rename sheet numbers and sheet names, or edit metadata in bulk.
  3. Export sheet schedules to Excel, edit values, and import back.
  4. Under Place Views tab, select views, select sheets, define grid layout (rows and columns), and click Auto Place.
  5. Use Viewport Aligner to align viewport placements across different sheets to match a reference view location.
